Then, we'll automatically ship your selection on the 17th of the following month (if you selected "monthly"; or your designated month if you selected "bimonthly1" or "bimonthly2"). For new customers, please note that our AutoShip member pricing applies to your next order.
No problem! If you order at any time before the 17th of each month, it will override your scheduled order and you will still receive the savings and benefits of AutoShip. Note: we will not ship more than once in a calendar month unless you state otherwise.

As a courtesy, we will notify you by email (using the email address you provided) before shipping your order. Autoship orders are shipped on the 17th of the month. So, please be certain to cancel your order BEFORE it ships, because if you cancel afterwards you will be responsible for returning the product(s) and shipping charges.
