Purchasing Online
Click the “Shopping Cart” link when you're ready to place your order. The items that you have in your shopping cart appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping cart first. When you click “Submit Order” we verify your credit card. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click “Submit Order.”

Payment and Billing
We accept the following methods of payment:
Online:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover online.
If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.
Telephone and Fax:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express by telephone and fax. Give us a call at 1-800-200-1203 or +210-481-0067 and please ask for Carole. Postal Mail:
Personal Checks and Money Orders: We accept personal checks and money orders by postal mail. Please include a completed order form and mail to the address listed on the form. Please click here to find an order form.

Shipping and Handling
We ship to all fifty United States and the following U.S. territories; American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please note that next-day delivery is not available to U.S. territories. Normal standard shipping costs apply to orders to U.S. territories.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).
Standard Delivery:
Standard deliveries normally ship the same business day if received by 1:30 pm CST, pending credit card verifcation, via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail or FedEx GROUND and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days, following credit card authorization. Standard delivery is also available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Express Shipping:
Express Deliveries normally ship the same business day if received by 1:30 pm CST, following credit card authorization. Next-day delivery may not available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Note that both USPS Express Mail and FedEx Overnight guarantee overnight delivery “to most areas” and “next business day in most cities” (respectively). To verify whether you live outside an overnight delivery area, please contact USPS or FedEx.

Sales Tax
No sales tax will be collected.
Customs
International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from healthysource.net, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly on the package. Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by the price that you paid, excluding shipping costs. Your privacy is important to us, and we would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Because we are unable to predict what fees and duties might be levied once a shipment reaches your country, please be aware that our shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. For more details regarding our refund policy, click here.

Order Status and Tracking
How can I track the delivery of my package?
At your request, we will provide your order tracking number (USPS Express or FedEx) or a delivery confirmation number (USPS Priority Mail). Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking/delivery information appears on the carrier's web site.
If you think your order is late, please note that:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
Express orders placed after 1:30 pm CST may not be processed until the next business day.
United States Postal Service offers standard delivery Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. FedEx GROUND deliveries occur Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays.
