Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction and we will gladly refund any unopened products or replace any defective items within 30 days of the date you received your order.

Changed Your Mind - Product(s) Unopened (30 Days):

We will gladly accept unopened products for any reason within 30 days of the date you received your order, subject to the following

  • All refunds include a 12% processing/restocking fee.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. For refunds associated with the free shipping program (including domestic purchases of $100 or more), the posted shipping costs will be deducted from your refund as the shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds: A partial refund that disqualifies the original order from the “3 or More” discount will reflect un-discounted (2 or less) pricing.

How to Return a Product

To return or exchange a qualified unopened product, follow these 3 easy steps:

  1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by email or phone.
  2. You are responsible for the return shipping of unopened products so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND A STURDY SHIPPING CARTON AND TRACKING AND INSURANCE BECAUSE WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED OR LOST MAIL.
  3. INCLUDE YOUR NAME in the box so we know WHO sent the package.

Packages or returned products that are not authorized or acceptable for return may be refused.

Shipping Errors (5 Days):

We stand by the high quality of our service. If you receive an order in which an error has been made, you must notify the Customer Service Department within five (5) working days.

Damaged Shipments (5 Days):

In the event a damaged shipment is received, please follow these steps: (1) accept the delivery, (2) document on the delivery receipt the number and description of damaged boxes, (3) save the damaged products and boxes, (4) contact the Customer Service Department within five (5) working days.

Lost or Missing Shipments (90 Days):

In the event a shipment is lost or missing, contact the Customer Service Department within 90 days. It is important to report lost or missing packages within 90 days of the order date because a PACKAGE REPORTED LOST OR MISSING MORE THAN 90 DAYS AFTER ORDER DATE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International orders are subject to the same return, exchange and refund policies as domestic orders. Note that if you fail to pay any fees and duties that might be levied once a shipment reaches your country, we are unable to issue a refund until the product is returned to us in its undamaged, unopened condition. As with domestic orders, we are not responsible for lost mail; and the shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Methods of Refunds

For Credit Cards: We can only credit the same account number used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

For Personal Checks and Money Orders: will be issued a check by postal mail. Please allow 2-4 weeks for receipt.
