No problem! If you order at any time before the 20th of each month,
it will override your scheduled order and you will still receive the
savings and benefits of our AutoShip program. (Note: we will not ship
to you more than once in a calendar month unless you state otherwise.)

HOW TO CANCEL FROM AUTOSHIP
Notify us of your desire to cancel from AutoShip by email, phone or fax ON OR BEFORE THE 17TH OF THE MONTH. As a courtesy, we will notify you by email (using the email address provided by you) at least 48 hours before shipping your order. Autoship orders are shipped on the 20th of the month. So, please be certain to cancel your order BEFORE it ships--because if you cancel afterwards you will be responsible for returning the product(s) and shipping charges.
