How to Place an Order Online

All orders are reviewed before processing so feel free to include notes. In a hurry? We will apply FREE SHIPPING to all qualifying orders BEFORE processing your credit card. (We'll also send a revised email receipt.)

  1. Click the “Buy Now” button when you're ready to place items in your shopping cart.
  2. Select the "Shipping" menu to review shipping options and prices. Click "Update Price" to review the total price.
  3. Make any changes and click "Checkout."
  4. Enter your email address and password.
  5. In the final check-out page, you may make notes below your address which we will review your order BEFORE processing your credit card. If we have any questions, we will contact you immediately by email and phone. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click “Submit Order.”

Shipping and Handling

We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. and the following U.S. territories; American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please note that next-day delivery is not available to U.S. territories. Normal standard shipping costs apply to orders to U.S. territories.

If you are outside of the United States, its territories and Canada, please contact us as to whether we are able to ship to you.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).

Standard Delivery:

Standard deliveries normally ship the same business day if received by 3:00 pm CST and following credit card authorization, using the USPS PRIORITY MAIL and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Standard delivery is also available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Express Shipping:

Express Deliveries normally ship the same business day if received by 3:00 pm CST, following credit card authorization. Next-day delivery may not available for all addresses: Both USPS Express Mail and FedEx Overnight guarantee overnight delivery “to most areas” and “next business day in most cities” (respectively). To verify whether you live outside an overnight delivery area, please contact USPS or FedEx.

Sales Tax

We are not required to collect sales tax for dietary supplements sold in Texas.


International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from healthysource.net, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly on the package. Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by the price that you paid, excluding shipping costs. Your privacy is important to us, and we would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Because we are unable to predict what fees and duties might be levied once a shipment reaches your country, please be aware that our shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. For more details regarding our refund policy, click here.

Order Status and Tracking

We will send your tracking number by email. Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking/delivery information appears at the carrier's web site.

If you think your order is late, please note:

Credit card authorization must be received prior to processing.

Express orders placed after 3:00 pm CST may not be processed until the next business day.

United States Postal Service offers standard delivery Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
